Frequently Asked Questions

All Instructors at iLeap Driving School are professional and hold a Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics – Road Transport – Car Driving Instruction. Please feel free to ask your instructor to show you their certification and license, should you like to view them yourself. Our instructors also carry Blue Cards allowing them to supervise Children Under 18 Years of Age

We currently drive Toyotas for our Automatic lessons, which come with the highest ANCAP safety ratings. Our vehicles are fitted with certified Dual Controls installed by professionals.  Vehicles are serviced every 10,000km.

Although we offer easy online bookings, you can contact iLeap Driving School for any information required.  Our best contact number is 0450 037 786, in and our email address is info@ileapdrivingschool.com.au.  Sometimes we are unable to answer calls as we are a busy Driving School, so please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

We are based in Boondall and cover a large area of surrounding suburbs, we try and accommodate for most areas around Brisbane.  Please check our online booking calendar for suburbs that we offer for online bookings.  If your suburb is not listed, feel free to contact us so we can assist.

To book a driving lesson simply book via our online calendar on our website home page.  Simply select your suburb, lesson type and preferred (or next available date/time) and book in online.  You can select to pay via Visa/ Master Card or cash on the day.  Once you have registered with us for a lesson, you will receive login details from our booking platform from where you can manage and book your lessons.  You can download the YLOODrive app from Google Play Store or the App Store.

By booking through our online calendar you can choose your preferred date and time.  If these are not available, the system will search for the next availability and offer you a choice of what is available.  Select the time and create the booking.  You must confirm a payment method as without payment confirmation your booking will expire within a certain time period set by iLeap Driving School.

When you make a booking you’ll receive an email confirmation – simply click on your booking confirmation email you received when you booked or sign in, go to “Lessons” select your booking and click on “reschedule” simple as that.  We do have a 24-hour re-schedule and cancellation policy.  Please read for more information.

Should your circumstances change simply click on your booking confirmation email you received and click ” Cancel ” and we’ll refund your booking within 24 hours – please note our cancellation conditions (if you cancel a lesson without 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the cost of the lesson).  Refunds may take a few days to be refunded through our 3rd party payment gateway.  Alternatively, contact us via email on info@ileapdrivingschool.com.au

Book at a Test Centre conveniently located and well in advance.  Simply click on http://www.qld.gov.au/transport/licensing/getting/tests/index.html#practical and have your QLD License No. with you.  Once booked, you can book a “Pre-Test” or “Test Car” lesson with iLeap Driving School to ensure you have an instructor available for your test date.
